Administration reviews

Consistent with ANU by 2020, ANU will conduct a series of detailed reviews of its administration throughout 2011 and 2012.  The reviews will be University-wide and will not only focus on the structure through which we deliver the services, but also on the functions.  We will also consider if the policies and procedures governing these activities are clear and complete and that the business processes that align to these policies and procedures are the most effective and efficient.
