Overview

The Audit and Risk Management Committee is a committee of Council. It consists of five members, of which at least one is a member of Council. The Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 (the CAC Act) obliges the University, a statutory authority, to have an Audit Committee.

The Audit and Risk Management Committee Charter (PDF, 41KB) outlines the role and responsibilities of the Committee. Approved by Council at its meeting on 20 February 2009.
